Pi MusicBox

My current project is to build a Pi MusicBox. The Raspberry Pi is a credit-card sized microcomputer; the Pi MusicBox project turns the Raspberry Pi into a device for listening to streaming audio from the Internet. It looks like it will be a pretty easy thing to build - I've already got the basic stuff working. For now, if you're interested, take a look at the project's website.

What to Do with This Blog?

I've been trying to figure out what to use my blog for, and I think the answer is to use it as the place to document my personal projects. I'm a software developer by trade, and I like to mess around with computers and code at home. I'm interested in science and technology. I like making things and building stuff. I figure if some project interests me, it'll interest others too, and they might benefit from reading about what I've done. We'll see how it goes.
